What’s the deal with you and the hospital? What do you need it for?
I am currently trying to get treatment (hormone replacement, top surgery, etc) from the hospital. I live in Uruguay, and it seems sex reassignment is only “offered” in the national Teaching Hospital, but the process is slow and torturous as public health often is. So far, I haven’t even been able to see an actual psychiatrist, I’m still working on the pass. >_>
Does your family know about you being FTM?
No they do not. I had a huge falling out with my mother on 2011 for dressing as a boy. I live with my father tho, and I don’t bother hiding the fact that I bind, or that I don’t shave, or anything else, and he’s not blind, so it’s just a matter of not having put it into words yet. I’m working on coming out to my brother first right now.
